Is Mac Out for You?

Have you answered "Yes"?

We’ve all said “yes” to at least one of these questions and understand the stress that conflicting information in the dieting industry puts on our well-being. What’s fad and what’s fact?

We can help you create a personalized approach to overcome all of that – one that’s not just a quick fix, but something you can easily sustain for a lifetime. We’ll talk about your goals, work in your favorite foods, and build a flexible plan that fits you right where you’re at.

We coach and provide guidance every step of the way!

Meet Taylor

Hello friends! I’m a wife, mother, nutrition coach, foodie and camping enthusiast who loves spending time with friends and family. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and am a Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Health and nutrition have been my passions since I was a teen. I’ve worked with various clients over the past several years, from those looking to lose weight to those with diabetes or heart disease. Each client has their own personal background and accommodations, but there is ONE common denominator in which I educate: learning how to properly fuel your body with nutritious foods in a balanced way without depriving yourself from the foods you love. Food relationships are emotional and physical; my personal goal is to remove the guilt and provide the resources and support you need to help make flexible nutrition a lifestyle. Let’s eat!

Hi friends! I’m a wife, mother, educator, and fitness enthusiast with a passionate drive to inspire, uplift and empower others to become their best selves. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, obtained from ACE, and have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education, Health, and Coaching and a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Disorders. I was a sports lover in my youth, spending hours in the gym shooting baskets, playing catch with my mom, and signing up for training camps as often as I could. I loved the competitiveness, the hard work, and the dedication that it took to achieve goals. Fitness has always been a passion in my life and over the past couple years, I have dove into researching and learning more about nutrition. Helping others find the inner drive to stay focused and crush personal goals, is the most rewarding accomplishment as a coach.

Leslie Benner

Meet Leslie

Hello friends!  I’m a wife, mother, teacher, and lover of health and fitness. I have a Master’s Degree in Special Education, along with a reading endorsement.  I am currently obtaining a Health Coach certification.  Not only does my passion lie with helping children gain confidence and skills reading, but also teaching and inspiring people to reach for and achieve their health and fitness goals. For many years my intense motivation to exercise and run was centered around achieving certain goals.  My exercising was also driven by my unhealthy relationship with foods.  I knew what kinds of food I needed to eat, but I was always afraid of eating too much.  When I felt like I ate too much or wasn’t seeing results from my workouts, I just added in another workout.  Not until I discovered balanced nutrition through a friend, did I begin to understand the key part that nutrition played in leading a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Now, I enjoy my workouts because I know my body is fueled properly to help me reach my goals.  My journey has inspired me to coach others to begin to understand the positive relationship that can be built between eating, exercising, and reaching your personal goals!
